The stone fruit tart consists of a raw pistachio honey crust tartlet, sweet creamy miso (exceptionally good for you - complete protein, contains all B vitamins, rich in living enzymes and probiotics) mascarpone and honey-rose glazed nectarines. The final plate is garished with a splattering of micro-basil, ginger zest and berry coulis drops. Please note that you can substitute apple, pear or any stone fruit in place of the nectarine. You can also use maple syrup in the sweet crust if you prefer this to honey (for strict vegans).
